My goal is to guide you back to clear, intuitive communication with your own body — because when it comes to your health and well-being, no one knows better than your body itself. I offer both online and in-person sessions, available for individuals and groups.
The sessions are carried out online. It is typically a course of 4-12 weeks, depending on the objectives we are working on. Weekly check-in/follow-up session with constant support & guidance throughout the course.

You will join a retreat of typically 10-14 days, where all detox plans, foods, drinks, herbal remedies, meditation, and energy therapies are included. All you need to do is commit to the program and follow it enthusiastically.
