I’m a UK-certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, and a certified Ayurveda Practitioner and Herbologist from India. I’ve spent over 8 years working as a personal trainer, health coach, and nutritionist in the UK and internationally.
I’ve also competed in several UK bodybuilding federations, including Pure Elite and UKDFBA (Drug-Free Bodybuilding Association), earning second and third place finishes along with a Pro Card. These experiences gave me deep, hands-on insight into advanced training and nutrition, especially when preparing for competitive events.

We will figure out your Type, which takes into account all the different body type systems (Evolutionary Body Type, somatotype, body shape, etc.) and find out your dominant dosha. Then, according to that, we will set the right dietary, exercise, and lifestyle plan for you.

Not only will we focus on resetting the physical body, but we’ll also work with the spiritual and energetic aspects — because every ailment in the physical body reflects a blockage in the energetic or spiritual realm. I also believe that our overeating patterns often stem from various samskaras imprinted on the physical body. As grown adults, we only need a certain amount of food for optimal physical, mental, and spiritual performance. Once we become aware of these samskaras, the compulsion to overeat naturally fades away.

You will join a retreat of typically 10-14 days, where all detox plans, foods, drinks, herbal remedies, meditation, and energy therapies are included. All you need to do is commit to the program and follow it enthusiastically.
