Ati Nasro Method

First, We Find Out Your Unique Type

One way to figure out your unique Type is by carefully and thoroughly answering the quiz on the quiz page. The quiz will tell you what your overall Type is considering all the other type subcategories plus your dominant dosha type. This method requires you to be fully or at some level in tune with your body. You must already have some level of body-mind connection with your body and its main organs. It can be tricky if you don’t have that connection, as the body can very well give you mixed and confusing signals & create paradoxes. For instance, you might have cravings for foods that are actually not good for you according to your Type, but you crave them as if your body needs them. Or you might eat a healthy food/superfood & don’t feel good after & wonder why that is. This occurs when your body is out of balance and requires a reset.

Another way is through a detailed “Food Elimination and Reintroduction Method.” It is the most — if not the only — reliable way to be fully certain about your Type. It does require a few weeks of full dedication though.

No other blood test, skin patch test, or any other medical test can determine it with certainty, as there are so many factors involved in it. However, following your own body’s symptoms and signals through a live experiment is always the most accurate approach.

Ati Nasro Method & Concept

Humans are deeply and indefinitely entwined with nature and the cosmos. Health is not solely determined by the state of the physical body — it also involves our four vital bodies: the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual (or energetic) bodies.

We begin with the physical body, using five essential steps to fully reset and reprogram it

  1. Detoxification
This step focuses on gently removing accumulated toxins from the body through diet, lifestyle, and supportive practices. The goal is to give your digestive system a break, reduce internal inflammation, and create a clean foundation for healing.
  2. Eliminating Food Allergens and Intolerances
Many common foods can trigger hidden sensitivities that lead to bloating, fatigue, skin issues, or mood swings. By identifying and removing these allergens (such as gluten, dairy, processed sugars, or even certain protein, beans, vegetables & fruits), you reduce stress on the gut and immune system, allowing your body to function more efficiently.
  3. Rebalancing Nutrients and Minerals
Nutritional imbalances are at the root of many chronic health issues. This step involves restoring optimal levels of essential vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes to support energy, metabolism, hormonal balance, and cellular repair.
  4. Increasing Dietary Fiber
Fiber plays a crucial role in gut health, detoxification, and blood sugar regulation. By increasing both soluble and insoluble fiber from whole foods like vegetables, seeds, and legumes, this step supports healthy digestion, regular elimination, and a balanced microbiome.
  5. Following Food Order and Proper Food Combining
The timing, order, and combination of foods can significantly impact digestion. This step includes eating lighter foods before heavier ones, avoiding incompatible food pairings (like fruit with protein), and giving the digestive system the optimal environment to absorb nutrients without strain.

By resetting your physical body to its fullest potential, you naturally unlock the full potential of your mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies.

True healing goes beyond the physical — it includes the energetic and spiritual layers of our being. Physical imbalances often reflect deeper blockages at the energetic level. Many of our habits, like overeating, aren’t just about appetite or willpower, but are rooted in unconscious patterns or samskaras stored in the body.

As conscious adults, our nutritional needs are actually quite simple — and when we bring awareness to these deeper imprints, the urge to overeat often dissolves naturally.

In our work together, we’ll also address the spiritual root causes behind physical symptoms. Because as long as the root remains, the symptoms may keep returning — even if we temporarily fix them. True transformation begins at the root — and happens through a holistic approach.
